When was Henric-Properties, LLC created?

Henric-Mac Properties, LLC was incorporated on February 9th, 2006, after the building at 101 Heavensgate Rd was built by founder Richard G. Henrickson, commercial contractor.

What kind of commercial office space is available at 101 Heavensgate Rd?

We have 4-5 professional office spaces in the front of the building (facing U.S. Hwy 17) and 3 warehouse spaces in the rear of the building.

What businesses are currently housed at 101 Heavensgate Rd?

The USDA's Farm Service Agency, FSA, and the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service, NRCS (together known as the Deland Service Center) are housed in Suites F and G.  BH First Fund is in Suite E.  Propel Contracting has Warehouse C, and Curli Sue's Hair Salon occupies Suite A.  We have a Security Agency coming soon, to Suite D.

Duke Electric will provide your electric service, and Spectrum seems to be the primary internet service provider.  Included in the rent is waste removal by Orlando Waste Paper, and water from our own well.
